The service fee I charge isn't just for showing up on the day of your event—it covers the behind-the-scenes work that ensures your vision comes to life smoothly and beautifully. This includes:
Planning & Design Time: I spend hours before your event designing concepts, sourcing items, creating mockups, and coordinating to align with your theme, colors,
Labor & Setup: The physical work of transporting décor, assembling setups, staging tables, and perfecting every detail takes a dedicated team and time.
Breakdown & Cleanup: After your event, my team handles all teardown and clean-up of décor.
Overhead Costs: This fee helps cover the costs of tools, supplies, insurance, transportation, and maintaining inventory that ensures your event looks top-tier.
At the end of the day, my goal is to deliver a seamless, stunning experience that reflects your vision while allowing you to enjoy your event without lifting a finger. The service fee ensures I can deliver that level of care and excellence every time.
