🚀Galaxy Events Community — A Little Life Update ❤️

Hello, friends. I wanted to take a moment to check in, share some life news, and be honest about where we are right now.

Over the last few weeks, we know we’ve been a bit quiet… slower to communicate, behind on getting design work out, and not operating at our usual pace. And that’s because we’ve been in the middle of a big transition — we’ve moved! 📦🔑

The military brought us to Virginia, and we’re currently settling into a beautiful brick colonial on a few peaceful acres. It’s a big change, and we’re spending the summer unpacking, doing some renovations, and making our new space feel like home. 🇺🇸📍🗺️

And here’s the honest part: sometimes we feel like we can do it all. Run a business, be present parents, manage a move, be the perfect partner, show up for our friends, and keep everything afloat with a smile. But the reality is… we’re not superhumans. We’re just humans — and recently, we’ve really felt our limits, both as a family and as a small business.

Because of that, and in an effort to truly give our family, our friends, and our clients the love and attention you all deserve, we’re hitting pause for just a few weeks. We won’t be taking on any new bookings between now and July 20th.

✨ If you are already booked or we’ve been in touch about an upcoming event — DO NOT WORRY! You’re still on our radar and we’ve got you covered. ✨

If you’re reaching out about something after July 20th, I’ll still be responding to inquiries — just know that communication and design work will be slower while we get our new office set up and catch our breath.

We’re so grateful for this community and your continued patience and kindness. We want to show up for you at 100%, but in order to do that, we need to take care of ourselves, our home, and each other first.

Thank you for giving us the grace to grow through this season. We can’t wait to be back — rested, recharged, and ready to create. So much has been happening behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to come back with a BOOM!

As we make the exciting transition from Ohio to Virginia, we’ve partnered with a marketing company to help us get plugged into the new area. Over the next month or two, they’ll be taking over our social media a bit to help boost our content and presence on both Google and social platforms.
