BOX OFFICE INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Box Office Hours (Off-Season- Oct., Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., Mar., and Apr.) The Box Office is open for EVERY On Sale. 10am-2pm (they are usually there at 9am for the lottery if there is an onsale) Box Office Hours (Summer) The box office is open M-F 12:00pm-5:00pm and for on-sales. For on-sales, the Box Office will open at the time of on-sale and close two hours after the on-sale. The box office will not be open on the weekend unless an on-sale is scheduled. On show days, unless otherwise indicated, the box office will open at 12:00pm and close when the headliner takes the stage (generally 9:00pm.) All on sales are subject to a ticket lottery. WILL CALL INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tickets may be picked up 2 hours prior to show time at the Box Office Will Call Window. Customer must have the actual credit card used to place the phone order, a picture ID, and the order confirmation number. PARKING INFORMATION: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Parking is included with your ticket purchase. Premier Parking is also available for $30.00 and can be purchased thru Ticketmaster or onsite (unless they are sold out). Premier Parking may also be purchased by registering at www.lnexperience.com and purchasing on your smartphone. Premier Parking provides parking within close proximity to the main ticket gates as well as a dedicated exit route for a speedy start to your drive home. *If you have a parking pass please have it visible for our police and parking attendants *Accessible parking is located at Gate 1 or Gate 2 *Drop-offs can be done at Gate 1 or Gate 2 *Pick-ups can be done at Gate 2 *Uber, Lyft, taxi pick-ups will be located just North of 146th street on Boden Road *Motorcycle parking is located at Gate 1 or Gate 2 (North End of RED parking lot) ACCESSIBLE SEATING: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Accessible seating is available at all points of purchase. PERMITTED ITEMS: Permitted items are, as always, subject to change depending on the show. Check our page on the day of show for specific permitted items and show info. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Purses, bags, backpacks (subject to search) blankets or tarps, binoculars, umbrellas, one (1L) factory sealed bottle of water per person, must be factory sealed, unfrozen and in a clear plastic bottle, or empty water bottle, food items in one (1 gallon or smaller) clear plastic bag, non-aerosol bug spray and suntan lotion. NON-PERMITTED ITEMS: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- No alcohol or illegal substances, soft/hard sided coolers, lawn chairs of any size (unless otherwise stated), camping or bag chairs, selfie sticks, GoPros, iPads, laser pointers, glow sticks, spike jewelry (including spike belts, bracelets, necklaces, rings,) wallet chains, inflatables, signs/banners, knives or weapons of any kind. No video recording or audio recording of any kind. Non-permitted items can be checked in at either information booth for $1/item and can be picked up after the show. GENERAL RULES: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Camera Policy: Personal point and shoot cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and detachable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Children: Children 2 and under are admitted free on a parents lap or on lawn, unless otherwise stated. Lost & Found: For lost and found items please call (317) 776-8181 M-F 10am-5pm. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the pavilion. It is allowed in the plazas and in the lawn, but please do so respectfully. Our smoking policy includes e-cigs as well. Tailgating: REASONABLE tailgating will be permitted from the time the lots open until the time that the gates open. Once the gates open, guests that have been on-site prior to the gate opening time will be asked to head inside the venue. *Underage drinking is not permitted and will be policed. *For guests that arrive after the gates are open – we will allow a reasonable amount of time (approx. 30 minutes) for guests to gather items, hang out with friends and head into the venue. *Exercise good judgment, avoid dangerous activities and be aware that there are consequences for raucous behavior in the lots. *Charcoal grills are not permitted. *Ensure that enough room is available in the parking aisles so that in the event of an emergency, we can get the appropriate equipment through. Finally, our guests show up to enjoy their experience; they want to hang out with friends and have a good time and we want that too. That’s part of the summertime fun. However, we want and need to avoid people getting overly intoxicated. Any guest displaying signs of intoxication will not be permitted through the ticket gates. Weather: All shows are "Rain or Shine" although exceptions may be made in the case of extreme weather.
