I will be OOO July 24th - August 5th for my wedding and honeymoon! Current couples, please feel free to message my personal number if you have any questions. Please give 24-48 hours for responses to any inquiries and emails during this time.

I've been on pause from weddings since the beginning of July, and I can not wait to jump back in this August! We have a busy fall season ahead, and I'm so excited for all the weddings to come✨

I currently have availability for November and December. All other 2026 dates are fully booked! This month has been filled with back to back meetings and consultations, and I can't thank everyone enough for choosing KB Coordinating🫶🏽🫶🏽

This day was built on everything I work for as a planner and coordinator. From bringing Megan's gorgeous vision to life to pivoting when catering never arrived, this wedding was a reminder that every wedding is different, and while things don't always go as planned, that's exactly what I'm here for.
Having a planner or coordinator helps guide you through not only your wedding day, but also the planning process.

Megan & Brett were the most amazing couple, and I'm so glad I was able to be part of such a special day! Between an amazing couple, incredible vendors, and wonderful guests, this was truly a great wedding to end my summer season with🫶🏽

My emergency kit might be big, but trust me, everything’s useful!
Some weddings barely touch it, while others almost wipe it out, so I’m constantly restocking it throughout the wedding season
