The wedding was set. Ceremony at the base of this big tree and dinner on the lawn to follow…

Then mama bear and her two cubs showed up. 🐻😳

While it made for some incredible photos and a story nobody will forget, it also completely changed the plans for an outdoor ceremony.

Moments like these are exactly why having an experienced wedding planner matters. Weather, wildlife, delays, unexpected surprises—someone needs to be ready to pivot quickly so the couple can stay focused on enjoying their day.
