Due to the number of RSVPs we have a very limited amount of walk up meals available. Walk up orders are still available and we have added a Lamb Burger to the menu in case we run out!

This isn’t your typical white-tablecloth farm dinner, it’s a relaxed evening at Ollin built around good food, Colorado sunshine, and gathering with friends, family, and neighbors. Think casual community dinner vibes, shared tables, seasonal ingredients, and a chance to slow down and enjoy the farm at golden hour.

Chef Darragh will prepare a rotating à la carte menu inspired by the week’s CSA harvest and what’s growing in the fields right now. Menus will change weekly, highlighting the flavors of the season and showing just how exciting and approachable seasonal eating in Colorado can be.

Expect fresh vegetables pulled straight from the farm, thoughtful dishes that celebrate local ingredients, and meals designed to feel welcoming rather than formal. This is farm dining without the typical price tag, an affordable way to experience beautiful food in a beautiful place.

Whether you come for date night, dinner with friends, or a family outing, Friday Nights on the Farm are all about enjoying a laid-back evening outdoors with delicious food and good company.
