Meet Jessica Wilson, Accounting Support Specialist and Q1 Creating Memories Award honoree. Jessica works behind the scenes — but her teammates have plenty to say about her. She jumps in without being asked, supports her coworkers through change, and brings genuine enthusiasm to every new challenge.

When a new property management system rolled out, Jessica asked to sit in on every department training — not because she had to, but because she wanted to make things easier for her team.

Meet Heidi Landecker, Banquet Server and Q1 Creating Memories Award honoree. 🎉 On one of the busiest weekends of the season, Heidi stepped into a lead role, worked long hours, and brought his trademark positivity to every moment — all with little to no direction needed.
