Want to send out a huge Thank You to Lisa and the good folks at Engelbert Farm Store in Nichols for donating some of their amazing organic burger so we could give the Tioga Football a great lunch the day before they head to North Cicero for the state semifinals! They got a few extra days of practice and film due to the weather in the Syracuse area, so we wanted to make sure they were fueled up! Those boys can crush some Sliders! Good luck in the semis, fellas!!!!!!

Hey everybody! Each Sunday, I want to try and post about someone that I am grateful for. There are so many people that have contributed to making this business a reality, and I want to make sure they all know how much I appreciate them.

For my first post o’ gratitude, I want thank you. If you are following this page, if you have liked or shared a single post, or told someone about us, you have no idea how much that means to me. If you have showed up one time or many times and bought our food, I appreciate you so much! If you were one of the hundreds of friends and family that traveled from near and far on June 1st for our Launch Party and waited a very long time to get your food, allowing us to find our strengths and (some pretty big) weaknesses before heading out into public, I hope we can somehow return at least a portion of the love, support, and understanding you showed us that day.

Without all of your support, there’s no way we would be where we are today. After one summer, this food truck has been a huge success - and I blame you. 😂

With winter weather coming, we would like to stay close to home. If you know of any places in Tioga County that would be interested in bringing us in for staff lunches, please message us! We have served a few times at Best Buy and are setting up some more dates with them. We are reaching out to Crown and CVS, as well. Any ideas or questions you might have, let us know!
