Hi brides 🤍

A little tip while planning your big day — even if your venue includes a coordinator, it’s still so important to have your own day-of coordinator.

Venue coordinators focus on the venue (setup, rules, staff), but a day-of coordinator is there just for you — managing your timeline, vendors, details, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

This way, you, your partner, and your family can actually relax and enjoy the day 🥹💍

🚨PSA for brides in the Tulsa/Arkansas/Eastern Oklahoma part of the state:

There is a florist that goes by the name of Hailey Miller and she owns a floral shop named The Faux House. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER! She is a scam artist and just took my brides money and are now finding out that she’s done this to numerous brides in multiple states!!!!! My bride is 3 weeks out from her wedding and out of lots of $$$!!!!

Please please make sure the vendor is real and if they ask for all the money up front it’s more than likely a scam!

I’m Rachel Peachy-Jefferson aka Peachy hence the name . I started this business to help cover fertility costs and fell in love and never looked back. Whether it’s a party, event, engagement or wedding I love to plan and watch the vision come to life.

I’ve been married to my husband of 10 years and mom to an incredible little boy through the gift of adoption. We live in western Oklahoma and love our community. We are a sports active family and when not at a sporting event, we’re either home watching OU football or Thunder basketball. We’re very active in our community and church and proud to be from Oklahoma.

I’ve done over 50 weddings from Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma and truly love what I do. Whether it’s full wedding planning or just day of coordinating, I am there every step of the way to guide you to create your dream day come to life. I love focusing on making your wedding or event all you have dreamed about from the beginning of the planning process. I am very passionate about delivering a seamless, stress-free and beautifully crafted experience.
