What starts with a paddle, a little friendly competition, and a photo in front of these very balloons may soon become a call to your favorite event planner! (That’s us, right? 😉)

We loved creating this backdrop for Lex Courtside, bringing singles in their 20s and 30s together for an evening of connection, conversation, and maybe a little love.

Happy Hosting | Haley Hadi

One of my favorite wedding-day ideas is getting a few quiet minutes alone with your new spouse right after the ceremony. 🤍

When I saw this honeymoon suite, I immediately thought about how special it will be to use this space for that exact moment. Before the hugs, photos, music, and celebration begin, our couples can step away for a few minutes to simply breathe and soak it all in that they’re finally married. 💍

It’s also such a practical little moment in the timeline. I can make sure they have water, grab them a little something from cocktail hour, and give them a chance to refresh before whisking them back out for more photos.

The wedding day moves so quickly, and I love finding ways to build in little pauses where couples can actually enjoy it instead of feeling like they’re constantly rushing to the next thing.
This is such a beautiful feature, and I’m excited to make the most of it for my couples!

These 10ft spiral balloon columns made the perfect finishing details for the stage setup, while the hand-painted welcome sign with soft draping, glass hurricanes, and floating flameless candles created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the celebrations.
