With profound joy and yet deep sadness, my family shares the triumphant homecoming of our beloved father, Joel Branscum, who was warmly welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus yesterday; his memory will be cherished and celebrated forever. Though we have no formal arrangements announced yet, we take comfort knowing Dad, a proud and dedicated Military Member, will be laid to rest at Camp Nelson Memorial Cemetery this coming week, where his legacy will shine.
