Goff Tents and Events Announces Acquisition of Tri-State Tents and Party Rentals
Lexington, KY — Goff Tents & Events is proud to announce the acquisition of Tri-State Tents and Party Rentals, a respected provider of event rental services in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati market.
This acquisition marks an exciting step forward for Goff Tents & Events as the company continues its strategic growth across the region. Tri-State Tents and Party Rentals, under the leadership of Roger Werner, has built a strong reputation over the past five years for quality service, reliability, and a customer-first approach—values that closely align with Goff Tents & Events’ mission.
