Last Friday, we hosted an amazing Master Chef Class where our guests learned how to make fresh, handmade ravioli from scratch.

This weekend’s catering event was especially meaningful to us. We had the honor of preparing a fully Spanish-inspired menu, featuring traditional recipes from the home where my wife, Sindy, was raised in Tenerife.

We were honored to cater a private event for 70 guests, serving a selection of authentic Spanish appetizers inspired by the flavors of the Canary Islands.

Our menu included:

* Traditional Spanish tapas
* Galician-style chicken empanadas
* Homemade croquettes
* Bruschettas
* Pan con tomate with cured ham
* Spanish-style sanguchón
* Spanish tortilla (potato omelet)

An incredible night for 50 guests, where every bite told a story and every detail reflected the passion behind the craft.

Our hors d’oeuvres selection brought together bold flavors and refined technique. From classic Spanish croquetas de jamón, crispy on the outside and creamy inside, to mini arepas filled with chicken salad, offering a comforting Latin touch. Tempura shrimp added that perfect crunch, while our tapas featuring jamón serrano and Spanish chorizo delivered depth and tradition. To finish the experience, spicy tuna wraps brought a modern, vibrant edge to the table.

All of it carefully curated and executed with the culinary vision and expertise of Chef Manny, turning a gathering into a true experience.
