Valentina's Fine Food and Cateringis joining us tomorrow, making chicken corn chowder tomorrow for a pre-open grab & go, to help nourish and warm the tummy. Pickups from 11a-2p , 98 S. John Sims Pkwy in Valp

This homemade chowder is special because we begin with a gluten-free soup bone broth & milk base + a blended corn mix of delicious silver queen & shoepeg + tender organic chicken + a few Chickadee family secrets. All our soups are crafted with organic bone broth for the win! It will have a small bit of deseeded jalapeño to keep the heat down for those sensitive with heat).

They’ll be packaged and ready for pickup with a side of sourdough, your choice of gluten-free or regular. Bowl $12. 11a-2p

Last minute Christmas desserts being made at Chickadees Artisanal Market Licensing and inspection completed yesterday. These can be picked up on the bakery side. Retail store not completed as yet.

Thank you for our pop in visits this week. After losing my dad at Thanksgiving , this made me smile ! ☺️ (Chef Kim)

The biggest question: “When are you opening?” We’re working the timeline and getting space preparations underway. We made a major step this first week, with a ways to go.

News & Happenings 🔆

👉🏼The time has come & we will be moving forward with the purchase of a second location in the Niceville/Valparaiso area this weekend! Bread.Butter will be ceasing operations as of today and preparing for their move out. Our tentative grand opening @ the end of January!

👉🏼We will be a collaborative mix of retail bakery, grab & go nutrition, gluten-free & low carb nutrition, fresh-healthy staples, charcuterie, pies/quiche, bridal/baby/corporate/event food service.

👉🏼This will be the new production facility for our brand, Momganic Functional Foods, as well as home base for Nurabakedthis & The Board Babes

👉🏼Still in the plans, a modular studio for culinary workshops & content production.

👉🏼Our Partin location will still be active as a state-inspected & approved commissary kitchen, available for rent for food trucks, caterers and food producers alike.
