At the beginning of every week I make a master list of all the tasks I need to accomplish; I call it a “brain dump.” I then take that list and break it up in to client/kids/personal. I then prioritize which tasks need to get done first cause I like to see it all laid out in front of me. I also love ✅ things off the list as the week goes on. It’s super satisfying 😀!

I wanted to share this for a couple of reasons:
One so you remember today that I am a real person who is trying to balance single parenthood; entrepreneurship, a social life and I totally struggle to keep it all together. Hence the small panic attack I had this afternoon noon.
2. Because I know what it is like to need help and I know how to offer it. I am a personal/virtual assistant so it is my job to help you learn to delegate.
Only you can change your life. Are you ready for that change? Ready to live in the moment and not be stressed out bouncing all over from one task to another? And not even having a second to breath?

It is now your time to make a change. Ask for the help cause it feels good, and start living the life that you deserve.

Vacation is way over! I got on the scale and 🤦🏼‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙈.
Time to kick it into gear... semi clean eating, more water less coffee, less carbs, chocolate and wine!

Back in Boston, shaking the vaca hangover...having that brown /tan glow makes it a little easier!
Detoxing all that food, booze, and money spending. But also at the same time taking so much gratitude that my business allows me to work truly from anywhere..also to my in laws who watch my kiddos while I recharged.

I am truly so honored to call you my friend and mentor. You have lifted me up when I was in my darkest hours. Divorce, death, crisis and more. You are the person I turn to “to tell me like it is” and give me the motivation to build the life and business that I have always.
