Due to increased interest for water hook up to slides, I will add $15 surcharge due to water bill. Mechanic bull, jump houses, and water slides are fine. Enjoy your events! If there is no water hook up, prices are standard at $125 a day.

Parking lot rehabilitation project is currently in progress. Loose asphalt has been added, and we are looking forward to applying hot asphalt soon to enhance the overall parking experience.

Rent and security deposit will go up after this December 31, 2023.

It will be $125 for Rental and $125 for security deposit.

Security deposit will be refunded pending clean up, damages, and missing items.

Due to costs going up, rental will raise slightly beginning this December 31, 2023. I will honor same prices to those that have reserved for next year. Also will honor the same prices for new reservations for 2024, as long I am paid before December 31.

Rental will be $125.

Security deposit will be $125.

60 chairs and 9 8ft wide tables are included. Access to full kitchen is part of the package.

Rental is $100. It will raise a bit by December, 2023.

Security deposit of $100 is required. It will be refunded pending damages and clean up.

If there is damage, and cleaning up is not done or in satisfactory condition, all or portion of security deposit will not be returned. From now on, if I do not get security deposit within a certain time after being asked to secure a day. I will open it to availability for other interested party.

If the date is canceled at last minute, security deposit will not be refunded. If you need to cancel, give me 5 days notice.

It opens at 8am which is the earliest. The latest is at midnight, in which I expect the building and the land to be cleaned up by then.
