Fall has officially started sneaking into the studio. 🍂

Pumpkins are appearing on the tables, haunted houses are moving in, fiber is coming back out, and Dobby has apparently decided that cozy season means napping season. 😂🐾

Crafty Kids Club is open for Yom Kippur on Monday, September 21 — because those random days off have a funny way of sneaking up on you. 😉

Kids can spend the day making, experimenting, following their own ideas and seeing where their creativity takes them. No prescribed projects or everyone-making-the-same-thing — just lots of materials, plenty of encouragement and room to create independently.

🎲 This Week at Crafty Kids Club: Games Week!

Why just play the game when you can invent the game? 👀

This week, our makers are taking over game night.

We'll be designing game boards, building challenges, experimenting with cards, dice, pawns and all kinds of familiar game pieces — then figuring out the most important part:

How do you play?! 😂

Some creations might become classic board games with a twist. Others may involve ridiculous rules, elaborate challenges or something we've never seen before.

That's exactly what we're hoping for.

🎶 **This Week in the Studio: Music Week!**

Music Week hit all the right notes. 🎵💜

This week our Crafty Kids Club makers explored what happens when music becomes the inspiration for making.

We had homemade instruments, music-inspired art, plenty of painting and building, some wonderfully unexpected creations—and, because this is Crafty Kids Club, ideas that went absolutely nowhere we could have predicted. 😂

That might be our favorite part.

Give ten kids the same theme and a studio full of materials, and you'll get ten completely different interpretations of it. There is no one right way to be creative here.

There was also music playing, lots of laughter, new friendships forming and apparently a VERY strong hugging program happening throughout the week. 💕

And our Camp Supervisor has once again completed his rigorous evaluation: 🐾

⭐ Would supervise again

Thank you to all of our campers and families for another ridiculously fun week in the studio. We can't believe seven weeks of our very first Crafty Kids Club summer are already behind us!
