Come out & see us tomorrow at Whispering Oaks Vineyard
THE TIME IS HERE!! Our biggest event of the year is TOMORROW and we cannot wait to CELEBRATE our 9th YEAR ANNIVERSARY with ALL of you!! To make sure everyone can enjoy their day, both customers AND staff, we’d like to go over a few things in advance. We know it is a long post, but we’d really appreciate everyone reading to the end so there are no surprises when you get here.
Outside beverages are prohibited and coolers are NOT allowed. We will have plenty of cold drinks flowing throughout the event, including non alcoholic beverages and water. There will also be two complimentary water refill stations set up for your convenience. Likewise, several of our food trucks will be offering non alcoholic beverages. With the help of our food trucks, we are excited to offer a wide variety of food, with something for everyone and options for lunch, dinner, and everything in between.
There will be an ID station set up outside of our main tasting room door. There you will get a wristband verifying you are >21. Please be sure to have your ID along, and make the ID station your first stop. Wristbands will be needed in order to be served alcohol at any of our bars tomorrow.
Pop up canopies are allowed. However, we will be setting up an inner perimeter on our lawn that canopies will not be allowed in front of. You may set the forward side of your canopy right up to that perimeter, but no closer to the stage than that.
Canopy set up is on a first come, first serve basis. You may begin canopy set up as early as 9 am on the day of the event. However, doors will not open (i.e. no restrooms or bar service) until the start of the event at 12 pm.
There is a small chance of pop up showers in the forecast for tomorrow. While we remain optimistic, we do recommend bringing weights and/or stakes along for your canopies in case things get breezy. This recommendation is for the safety of all guests, as well as your canopy.
Pets and therapy dogs are not permitted. Properly registered service dogs are the only exception.
