Shain, our beloved Patchwork Panner, is truly our handpan magician. His beautiful handpan, named The Mothership here on our land, carried us all home in spirit this weekend 🌌✨

Shain and his wonderful wife, Angela have been with us since our very first gathering, always arriving with an abundance of love, joy, and healing frequencies.
Every time, he blesses us in countless ways ✨
This weekend offering his sound healing in the dome, on the stage, as performance, as sacred offering, and even over our family potluck feast on Friday night, leading into a surprise birthday celebration for Angela and 2 other family members 🥲

Long before the people arrive, Shain has come to this land many times to clear the old, to bring harmony, and to lay down healing
so that when we gather, the space itself is ready to hold us.
He has also been a huge part of the behind-the-scenes work, quietly helping to bring together the bigger pieces that are allowing this vision to unfold ❤️

This weekend, a new seed of our shared dream was planted: Shain and his beautiful wife were gifted a space on the land to tend — the left moss bed amphitheater 🥲😭🫶
Here, they will collaborate with other sound healers and handpanners, and together we will bring to life one of my greatest visions: opening this land to the surrounding schools and our elderly community, so that all generations may be touched by the healing power of sound.

It brings me so much joy to know that Shain and his wife now have a home away from home here, and that their music, their love, and their presence will continue to ripple through this land and community. 🌿❤️🎶

Honoring my dearest friends, Paige & River 🔥✨

Paige has been by my side since the very beginning, generational and even throughout the timelines, showing up at every event I’ve ever hosted in Sandpoint, Hope, and here! She’s always believing in my mission and helping me network and dream big. I’ll never forget her saying, “One day we’ll learn how to spin fire and do it at your very own festival!!”

And now… here she is. A nurturing momma to all, hooping queen, fire-dancing, extraordinary tattooing goddess. Paige, I love you so much. I’m endlessly proud of the radiant woman you are and all you’re growing into. 🌹

River is a newer ray of light entering into my life, but already so deeply woven into this community. He began his fire spinning journey at our Summer Solstice Gathering, and since then he’s taken his art to an incredible new level. We are so proud of you, River, and so grateful for the love, the creativity, and the fire you bring to our circle. Thank you for tending the flame of this vision with us. 🔥❤️

Here, we strongly encourage new artists of all kinds to explore without judgment. When we hold that space together, something magical happens — healing, creativity, and community blossom for everyone 🌞

All I’ve been able to say these past few days is… WOW. SO MUCH LOVE. 🥲

This weekend, the land itself held us.
Love and healing moved through every corner of our gathering, weaving us together in ways words can barely hold.
You truly had to be there to feel it.. the laughter, the tears, the prayers, the music, the way our hearts opened as one 🫶

I didn’t capture nearly as many photos or videos as I hoped, but the energy is forever imprinted. The rest will come when I receive them back from the photographer, yet I know no image could ever contain the depth of what we experienced.

To every soul who showed up, whether as a facilitator, a performer, a vendor, a cook, a volunteer on a “side quest,” or simply as family holding space, you carried this vision into reality 🔥
To those who brought art, food, song, or even a smile, thank you. To those who stayed an extra day because the container was too sacred to leave, thank you. To those who gave to the communal pot and received in turn, thank you. And to Paul for supporting with the porta potties, THANK YOU 🙏 😭

This gathering was more than an event. It was a living prayer, a glimpse of what becomes possible when we root in love and come together for the greater light of humanity, for the generations being born into this new world ❤️

And my heart overflows knowing that six beautiful souls chose to give back into Starseed Sanctuary, planting seeds for the children’s mental health and mindfulness programs to blossom next year. 🌱✨

I am humbled. I am overflowing. I am forever grateful.

Though Paul won’t be able to attend this time, he sends his divine love from afar for this grand mission we’re co-creating TOGETHER. 🌿💫

Because our main expense is covered, we’re thrilled to announce:
💫 Reduced ticket prices to make this gathering more accessible!
💫 The Communal Pot Concept begins! This means proceeds beyond our basic expenses will flow into a shared fund to help bring Starseed Sanctuary to life and support our artists and community offerings.

For artists who wish to attend and play for free, you’re absolutely welcome!!! But free attendance means no share of the communal pot. Those who contribute financially or in other ways will share in the communal pot 🌞

I want to follow up on my last PSA in case it touched anyone in a tender way. My heart is to share my intentions and hopefully broaden our community perspective.

These gatherings are meant to be wholesome and family-oriented, with space for solitude, connection, self-reflection, and healing for all ages. Most of all, I want them to remain affordable for everyone, while turning the funds into a communal pot where contributions can cycle back to the people who make these spaces possible.

✨ A gentle reminder for all of us: vendors are artists too, and so is everyone who shows up, whether you market your gifts, share your craft, or simply come as a lover of art and healing 🌞

So, what makes it okay for vendors to carry the bulk of the costs while performers enter for free, leaving little left to support the folks doing the physical labor on the land? We need a shift.

💫 At my festivals, each workshop leader, performer, and healing facilitator will now have their own donation jar. This way, the community can directly contribute to whomever they feel called, the same way they already do for vendors. It creates balance, openness, and flow.

I’ll share transparently: I pay for my own ticket. I did for the Fall Equinox Festival, as I always do. To me, that is an act of love and balance 🫶

✨ PSA for Fall Equinox & Future Festivals ✨

Beloved Performers & Community, thank you for the magic you bring! 🌸 At our last event, free entry for performers/plus-ones created imbalance.. Over 50 free entries and more than one plus one, left us unable to pay anyone while still covering costs like port-a-potties.

This summer I also invited shared work days in exchange for entry, but the support needed didn’t fully come through. Please know this isn’t about anyone being unseen or unwanted, it’s about encouraging everyone to contribute to our communal pot so we can grow together. 🌿

✨ Until permanent bathrooms/shower houses are built in the spring, I invite each performer to:
1️⃣ Purchase a day pass OR
2️⃣ Sell two day passes to offset costs.

Once facilities are in place, my future vision is that performers will receive compensation for their art, time & energy. I’m currently carrying the promotions, flow, and costs, while not making anything, but my commitment is to build something sustainable where all are honored.

Together, we weave a thriving ecosystem of support, balance & celebration. 🌎💖

Fall Equinox Family Gathering – New Dates! ✨🐢🌕

In the spirit of slowing down and honoring the wisdom of nature, our Fall Equinox Festival will now be held the weekend of September 26–28, still at our sacred space at 📍1178 Beaver Valley Rd, Newport, WA.

As many of you know, I usually align this gathering with the actual equinox weekend. But this year, the land—and the turtles—have spoken. 🐢💚
The turtles have been nesting across the land, reminding us to slow down, shift with grace, and listen deeply to nature’s rhythm. Their ancient wisdom, along with the beauty of other local events like the Cascade Equinox Festival, has inspired us to move our celebration by one week.

This shift comes from a place of collaboration over competition. We believe in making space for everyone to show up fully, and in honoring the flow of divine timing.

🌿 Join us for a sacred weekend of celebration, creativity, and community as we gather to honor the changing seasons and the abundance of the Earth. This is a family-friendly event where all ages are welcome!
