Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Chef Marissa brings nearly 7 years of experience and a serious love for sustainable cooking to the Goosefoot kitchen. Now based in Cincinnati, she crafts meals rooted in the seasons, with a commitment to using locally-sourced ingredients and reducing food waste wherever possible.
Currently delighting private clients with her thoughtful menus and signature red-handled spatula, she’s also known for her top-tier food puns and dedication to nourishing both people and planet.
