Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Chef Marissa brings nearly 7 years of experience and a serious love for sustainable cooking to the Goosefoot kitchen. Now based in Cincinnati, she crafts meals rooted in the seasons, with a commitment to using locally-sourced ingredients and reducing food waste wherever possible.

Currently delighting private clients with her thoughtful menus and signature red-handled spatula, she’s also known for her top-tier food puns and dedication to nourishing both people and planet.

At Goosefoot, we believe in life-giving cuisine—and in creating meaningful, flexible careers for talented chefs like Marissa. We are thrilled to welcome Chef Trinidad as the newest member of the Goosefoot Cook & Grow team!

Originally from Santiago, Chile, Chef Trinidad began her culinary journey in New York City before making Cincinnati her home. Since 2011, she has cultivated her passion as a personal chef and business owner, emphasizing fresh, natural ingredients that nourish both body and soul.

Chef Trinidad believes in “eating from the gift of nature,” and crafting meals that reflect this philosophy. Beyond the kitchen, she enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and building community.
