i am in love with capturing love

“I love to photograph people, but more specifically I like to capture a connection between two or more people. It is my goal when I am shooting to either tell a story, or at the very least convey some real genuine emotion. I like to get my subjects connecting with each other rather than just staring into the camera smiling. I prefer capturing organic emotions and situations, rather than posed set-ups. When shooting a wedding or an event, I love to capture real moments. My goal is to be unobtrusive and shoot what is really going on instead of staging photos, or asking people to group together and smile. My style is a little more documentary than posed or contrived. ”
