Ember is happy to welcome Lucy Hernandez, our newest Creative Manager. She is a driven and detail-oriented event expert with a passion for design and flair for bringing visions to life. Whether it's transforming a blank space into a dynamic environment or integrating unexpected elements, Lucy loves to push boundaries to help evoke emotion and attendee engagement.

When she's not, she currently serves on the board of directors for LEA Chicago as the VP Programs helping to shape meaningful experiences for the chapter. After work, you'll find her along the Chicago lakefront and exploring the many speakeasies the city has to offer. Welcome, Lucy!

This wasn’t just another Thursday night. It was a milestone, twenty years in the making. We transformed a rooftop in their own backyard into an evening full of purpose, people, and perspective.

We began with an intimate toast among the team. Then, we opened the doors to portfolio leaders and investors for an evening of connection and celebration.

Custom décor told the story of their journey year by year, milestone by milestone, while the rooftop setting reminded everyone to look ahead.

This night captured exactly what it was meant to: a company worth celebrating, and a future worth building.

Every detail was designed to support that message: Let the Adventure Begin.

We used intentional seating to spark conversation, powerful speakers to set direction, and clear visuals to remind everyone why they were in the room.
