We are slowly crawling out of our - we had another baby in the dead of winter - hole, thawing out, and will be trying to post a bit more. We have a booked solid June-Sept with killerrrrrr couples this year so we will have plenty of content coming!

And if you’re dreaming about a wedding overlooking the White Mountains, run don’t walk! We are already halfway booked up for 2027 🙌🏼

UPDATE: Our barn apartment space is opening up in May! We are so sad to see Ava and Sam go, but excited about the prospect of hosting another person or couple. The exact arrangement is flexible, but the idea is that you can live here for free and trade labor for up to 1 year. Must love plants, dogs, kids, and Bad Bunny🤎 link in bio to learn more/reach out!

Erik and Sam have been in the woodshop! Rowan needed an easel, so they made one that isn’t an eye sore. It was a little too dark to read books in our living room, so they built this hanging light. There were a few cedar logs and some soft maple kicking around (cut for our parking lot build), so they built 3 handsome little benches. And, the picture frame is a Christmas gift from Erik to me.

The three benches are for sale, and the easel, hanging light, and frame are totally replicable and customizable if anyone is interested in a comission. If you’d like something else - a night stand, table, dresser, etc -  just ask!

Ryan was someone who, immediately after meeting, I thought, holy smokes what a high caliber person and which friend of mine can I set him up with? The kind of person who makes you laugh…non stop. But who is also thoughtful enough to spend a car ride crafting the most perfect poem after spending an afternoon watching Rowan stuff her face with your tomatoes (tomingys) from the garden.

We met Zoya on the eve of our wedding as Ryan’s plus one. She immediately lit up the room (barn) as soon as she walked into it (I actually don’t think I’ll forget how she took my breath away). She seemed like someone I have known forever and want to know forever. Salt of the earth while simultaneously a force to be reckoned with.

They got married this past Saturday at Wild Sugar in an utterly full circle moment. If I had Ryan’s skills, this would be a quirky poem. Or Zoya’s skills, a brilliant piece about two forces of nature coming together. Alas, I do not so I will just leave it at how incredibly thankful I am to have a partner who happens to attract the planet’s most valuable people. WE LOVE YOU R&Z 🤎
