Hi there!
My name is Danielle Cummings; I’m an Orange County native, raised and homeschooled in Warwick, now homeschooling my kids in New Windsor, working part time in Newburgh. I have found it very difficult to keep track of all of our local homeschooling resources and while I appreciate all the groups out there promoting the sense of community and private events, I am hoping a public page will allow not only homeschooling parents to post informal gatherings like play dates and hikes, but also local businesses to share events, courses, lessons, workshops, exhibits, classes, etc., within Orange, Ulster, Duchess, Westchester, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
I had hoped I could make the page post-able for others but alas, that is not possible, so all information will have to be messaged to me so I can post it (either as an event or a post) or directly commented onto a pre-existing post.
