Happy thanksgiving! I usually feed the hungry every Thanksgiving in the Bronx at a Nonprofit organization that I volunteer for. This year was gonna be extra special I was looking to show my daughters the joy in giving, which is our love language at home. The Jamaican Civic and Cultural Association of Rockland (JAMCCAR) has launched the Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund — Stronger Than the Storm. We are collecting essential items and financial donations to support recovery efforts across impacted communities.

Diapers • Clothing • Bed linens • Non-perishable food • Flashlights • Water • Hygiene kits • Basic tools • Generators (≤5000 watts) • Tarps • Fuel and water containers • School supplies • Over-the-counter medication • and more.
