Update: today we handed out meals to 40 people. Some of what we supplied were spaghetti with meatsauce, taco meat, refried beans and spanish rice with tortillas, mexican corn salad, frittatas, buttered french bread, homemade cookies, home made soups, bread pudding, we package our foods with 4-5 servings each so a box/bag will serve a family for 4-5 days depending on the size. Everyone has been so thankful-for what we are doing. Special THANK YOU to Karen from the Newberg Rotary for doing our deliveries. She has also been stopping by the Coffee Cat Coffee to pick up Tiffanys wonderful dinners also so they can be delivered together. Thank you for helping us with this special service for our community. No one should be hungry.

We will be handing out again tomorrow THURSDAY between 9-11:00.

We are celebrating Veterans Day on Tuesday for the second year, at the Sherwood Center for The Arts. We will be working with The City Sherwood to provide a FREE breakfast to the Veterans and their families.

Update: WE ARE READY TO HAND OUT FOOD TO OUR COMMUNITY WHO NEED ASSISTANCE STARTING TOMORROW 11-5-25
We will start handing out food to those in need in Wednesday and Thursdays 9:00-11:00
At our kitchen. Please check on your Senior neighbors to see if they need assistance. Please bring bags if you have available.

Last nights wedding was all the Italian fall vibes and I’m loving moving into this next season of cocktails.

“His” was a Bourbon Apple Cider garnished with a cinnamon sugar rim, cinnamon stick, rosemary, and a fresh lemon wedge.
“Hers” was a lemon drop- Shaken over ice and served straight up in a lemon sugar rimmed martini glass with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

We also served an Aperol Spritz, beer, local wine and champagne.
