Italian Cream Cake was the winner 🏆 of the poll and served at a Spring💐 tea party I hosted. I dont collect tea cups, each one I have represents an important woman in my life. I wanted to use the cups at a tea party to honor their memory. Along with the cake, meringue cookies, cream scones, fruit, and three savory🥪 sandwiches were served. My oldest daughter chose the tea flavors since she couldn't attend. Apricot-Peach (Asian black tea) 🍊 Orange blossom (white tea) & a Blueberry Roobois ( S. Africa orgin) The flowers came from the back yard and it was a lovely day.
