Are you preparing for the cold and flu season….we are!!!

“Fire Cider” recipe is a traditional immunity-boosting tonic and natural home remedy — often used for:

Primary Benefits
• Immune support – helps the body fight off colds, flu, and sinus infections
• Anti-inflammatory & antimicrobial – garlic, ginger, horseradish, and peppers help reduce inflammation and fight bacteria or viruses
• Digestive aid – apple cider vinegar and citrus stimulate digestion and balance gut flora
• Circulation & detox – spicy ingredients like cayenne and ginger promote blood flow and help clear congestion
• Energy & metabolism boost – the combination of heat and citrus can gently stimulate metabolism and increase vitality

Typical Use

After steeping in raw apple cider vinegar for about 3–4 weeks, it’s strained and often sweetened slightly with honey.
People usually take:
• 1–2 tablespoons daily as a preventive tonic, or
• a small shot every few hours at the first sign of cold or sinus symptoms.

Ingredient’s:
1-Orange
1-Lemon
1-Yellow Onion
2-Jalapeño Peppers 
2-Large Pieces of Ginger
3- Pieces of Turmeric
10-Pieces of Garlic
3 Pieces of each - Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano
1- Cup of Horseradish Root 
Fill jar w/Apple Cider Vinegar
Store 3-4 weeks in a cold shaded area

What a Night to Remember!

JMFou’s Catering had the honor of serving at the 25th Anniversary Gala for Marion P. Thomas Charter School last night — and what an experience it was!

With a powerhouse team of 20 hosts and staff, we proudly served over 150 guests with style, grace, and plenty of flavor! From the first plate to the last toast, it was truly a grand evening.

Our menu featured: Roasted Rosemary Chicken, Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Collard Greens, Truffle Mac & Cheese, Candied Yams, Garden Salad with our Homemade Honey Garlic Dressing, plus our Signature Mocktails — always a crowd favorite!

We’re beyond grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a milestone celebration. Every smile, every plate, and every moment reminded us why we love what we do.
