Goldie’s “Tea for Two” was Miss Ma’am’s first official event!! ✨🫖

With so many little details to unpack here, we are going to start with the main event space! Aside from some heat + wind, we were able to make the Gannons backyard into the perfect tea party space 💨🥵

Many vendors to highlight, however, the first person to highlight is - she joined me for set up + without her I would have been a mess 🫠, she took the tasks we had to complete + made it just PERFECT 🤩 THANK YOU AGAIN TO HANNAH!!

My aunt has been telling + myself for YEARS that we needed to start a business!!

So we decided to put it in motion. 🚶‍♀️The parties we have thrown do not go off without the rest of the family!

The guys often time have a to do list when we arrive at the venue for prep work!

🌟✨ The inspiration behind our name - the true **Miss Ma’am**! 💖 Since Ada was little, I would call her “Miss Ma’am,” and when we were brainstorming names, we knew we wanted something elegant yet cute. 🎀 After tossing around about 20 names, we finally landed on… **Miss Ma’am!** 🎉🥳 I’ve named two businesses in the past month + have to say, I think naming a business is more stressful than naming a child 😂😅

I’m confident if you would have asked me what I thought Ada’s third birthday party would have looked like, it wouldn’t have been a three-esta 🌮 but I SERIOUSLY think it was my favorite so far!! She is a queso-queen 👑 so we took her request for Mexican food to the next level!

The event was held at + the space ALONE was exactly what we needed for some wild kiddos! 🩷

Isn’t she ONEderful 🌈💖💜✨ Showcasing Ada’s First Birthday next!! I saw this theme used so many different ways, we put a rainbow / all things girlie spin on it! Planning a party around a 2x a day napping one year old was tough, so we chose brunch + made all our favorites; including homemade cinnamon rolls! 🤤 Early April birthdays are always tough (April showers bring May flowers, right? ☔️) for location. We planned a party right in our home. Which we would happily do for you as well! The “one” lights were a wonderful touch for decor, but gave off some heat too! I was swooning over these light letters since I started seeing them at weddings, so had to use them for Ada’s first birthday!! ✨

When my little bundle of joy, Ada, made her grand entrance into the world, I was convinced that time should hit pause (like any parent) because I just couldn’t bear the thought of her growing up. But oh boy, the anticipation for her first birthday was like waiting for the grand finale of a fireworks show! 🎉

Fast forward to when she was about six months old, my husband and I decided to make the commitment to have her baptised! ✝️ We knew this special occasion deserved some swoon-worthy decor! While it wasn’t quite as over-the-top as birthday party vibes, we definitely aimed for a touch of elegance that would elevate the entire space!

We teamed up with a fabulous local floral grower to fill the air with vibrant blooms, and let’s not forget the custom cookie cups with colorful icing that served as adorable party favors! 🍪 And of course, no celebration would be complete without the amazing whipping up stunning cookies that looked almost too good to eat! 🎨

To top it all off, the talented brought our vision to life with a jaw-dropping balloon arch that was the cherry on top of this festive occasion! What a whirlwind of joy and creativity for our little Ada’s big day! 🎈💖

Get ready for some fun vibes! 🎉 Our latest adventure? My little brother and my now sister-in-law's rehearsal dinner, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! My amazing mom, Robinette, took the reins on this event, and it turned out to be nothing short of elegant magic!

Honestly, it might just be the most thoughtful rehearsal dinner ever! She poured her heart into every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. And guess what? Each little “kiddos” in attendance got their very own activity bags! Talk about making it a night to remember for everyone! 🥳✨

The first MAJOR party my mom (Robinette) planned that I can remember? My sweet sixteen 🚙

The theme - Casino Night 🎰. There were mocktails, casino games, party favors, + we even had a DJ in the public library basement (proof we can make anywhere look amazing)!!
