Dinner was an experience in every sense. A five-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Cedric Tovar, and wine pairings hand-selected by our Wine & Beverage Director, Justin Lorenz - all plated to perfection with the help of , and menus by that set the tone from the first glance.

White glove synchronized service elevated each course, including a dedicated cheese course inspired by fine dining tradition. Chef personally visited each table to shave black winter truffles tableside, adding an unforgettable touch of theater and flavor.
