There are a lot of them but we have tried to remember the most popular:
- The dress can become dirty. Yes, it happens especially in rainy weather or during the photosession on grass. But there is nothing to worry about because our coordinators have one magic thing after which there will be no stain and dirt on your dress;
- Tears during the ceremony. We think you have to worry quite an opposite thing when your future husband or your wedding won’t evoke any emotions in you. It’s OK when brides cry. Grooms also cry. Parents too. Even coordinators sometimes do it;
- Hairdo will be in a mess/ make up will get spoiled. We work with professionals and can guarantee the result. In case of boiling sun we always have face matte tissues. In case of different problems with the hairdo (who knows maybe you decide to jump into the swimming pool) we will always help you make it beautiful;
- There is not enough time for a photosession. The correct timing + a professional photographer = the key to a successful photo result. If you worry that you will not have time or even forget to make some staged images that you really want to be done, just tell us about it in the process of preparation and planning. We will start the photosession with these images;
- To forget your moves during the first dance. The situation here is almost the same as with the tears during the ceremony. These are emotions. Believe it, you will never look ridiculous in front of your guests as they are the closest people. By the way, who knows what the first dance is supposed to be? It is about you.

Fear before the wedding

Thrill, excitement, and even fear follow a couple while preparing for their most important day. Our main goal is to get rid of all the negative moments which come with the process of the wedding organization.

That is why we would like to break down a few main myths:

✨You will not choose a restaurant/contractors/a concept yourself. We always offer different options based on the personal knowledge of your preferences and budget.

✨You will not overpay for the wedding. We always advise the couple on the current market price. We warn about the drawbacks of the cheaper contractors. We give our opinion about those whose fee is unreasonably high. We give advice on how to save if appropriate.

✨You don’t have to spend all your free time for preparation. If you want, you may not even participate in it. All the calls/meetings/preparation are done by us.

✨A wedding will not be an improvisation or a soft target for force-majeure. We will prepare a detailed timing in advance and confirm it together with you. Also, we will have plan B for contingencies (for example, rain).

There are couples in every wedding season who ask us to organize the wedding for two or with the minimum number of guests.

Such kind of events have one big advantage – you may afford financially and emotionally more. You will feel confident in expressing your feelings and you won’t have to take into account the wishes of your relatives and think if you managed to please everybody.

Non-alcoholic wedding: yes or no?

Sometimes couple ask if it is possible to give up alcohol during the wedding? They have different reasons for it: some follow their principles, some are afraid that guests can go overboard, others just want to save money.

Our experience shows that not all guests will understand a non-alcoholic wedding. To be honest, only a few people will understand it. It will be difficult to explain the absence of alcohol to older people.

But this is more of a stereotype rather than necessity. Sober guests can have even more fun than other guests. To tell the truth, alcohol still liberates people quicker.

Our opinion is that any tendency in the wedding world is possible if you want it.

Want to give up alcohol? No problem! Don’t listen to relatives/hosts/ planners who will convince you otherwise. It just shows their unprofessional level. We are ready to create fun and wonderful event regardless of the bar menu.

We can’t believe it was one year ago today when dear friend of ours Ravshan proposed to his beautiful now-wife Anastasia!

Time flies! It feels like it was only yesterday. We never got the chance to share their engagement story so we knew today would be the perfect day.

That’s what Ravshan said about this very special moment:

“I’m so grateful to Brut Event for organizing my proposal. That moment was so exciting that I couldn’t think of anything and I am really happy Alyona and Sveta created everything themselves. My fiancée has always dreamt about such proposal and remembered that day forever!
At first, we had a romantic ride in a horse-drawn carriage in Central Park. After it we went to our favorite place near Bethesda Fountain. A singer and a saxophone player were performing the song by Elvis Prestley “Can’t Help Falling in Love”. When I told her “Will you marry me?” and got down on one knee, all people around started cheering and applauding for us, and my Nastya said “I will” and made me the happiest man in the whole world!”

Is name seating chart necessary?

There are two types of seating chart at the wedding. The first one is done by the list of guests at each table. The second one is more detailed. It is supplemented by cards with the names which show each guest where his place is.

Advantages of the name seating chart:

✨Guests will not crowd near tables thinking where to sit
✨Minimum of conflict situations and maximum of groups with the same interests
✨Each table will have equal amount of people so there will be no crowded or empty space
✨All the nearest and dearest will sit near the bride and groom, and the older people will be far from source of loud sound.

The only disadvantage of such kind of seating chart is additional expenses in the décor budget. But it is so little that it isn’t worth your attention as your comfort and the comfort of your guests is more important, isn’t it?

If a groom doesn’t like to be photographed?

It’s ok! Men in general want to avoid all public wedding moments like kisses, giving vows during the ceremony, the first dance, and so on. But let’s talk about a photosession.

We don’t make you pose like to stand still and turn your head 15 degrees to the right. Or to crane the neck and get the tummy in in order to look fitter. Or to smile and don’t blink during several hours without a break. Or to sweat under the boiling son while going around all the sites.

Obviously, most men imagine this particular picture when they hear the word “photosession”.

We call it a walk. Notice that it comes from the word “to walk” and not “to pose”. You enjoy your big day without thinking of the best poses and angles. You smile, kiss, laugh and hug. And the photographer’s goal is to catch every special moment, and not to make everything artificial.

It also doesn’t take much time. 1,5-2 hours are enough for one location. Be sure this time will fly very fast, you won’t even notice.
