Today, our shared kitchen was buzzing with creativity as our amazing taste testers dove into delicious Nana's Favorite Shrimp and Potato Empanadas paired with this flavorful, fresh, and completely vegan delight. This sauce is vibrant, healthy, and packed with zucchini goodness—perfect for dipping, drizzling, or spooning onto your favorite dishes!
