Ciao amici,
nyc and are glad to invite you on Tuesday, May 27th at 7 PM, for Spaghetti Punk, an exclusive night of music memories with legendary band Negazione.

Active between 1983 and 1992, Turin-based were the band that best embodied the spirit of Italian Hardcore Punk. Their influence extended well beyond national borders, and in the 1990s they performed at iconic New York venues such as CBGB and the Pyramid Club.

Roberto “Tax” Farano (guitarist and founder of the band) and Michele “Barox” D’Alessio (drummer for their first demo “Mucchio Selvaggio,” recently reissued on vinyl and cassette) will join us at Salotto for an evening of stories and conversation. Interviews will be conducted in Italian, with live English translation.

Exclusive merch and copies of the book “Collezione di Attimi” will be available for viewing.

D’Alessio is the second drummer of legendary Italian hardcore punk band (with whom he recorded “Tutti Pazzi” and “Mucchio Selvaggio”) and has been part of the international music scene for 40 years. He has lived in New York, Amsterdam and Barcelona, and now resides in Berlin. He managed the cult record store “Piatto Forte” and is part of the Berlin broadcasting team of , and works in music, publishing and event organization. He also works with cultural organizations around the world, including Antic Theater in Barcelona.
