As an event staffing company we provide highly skilled, experienced servers, bartenders, grill people, hosts, and Matre D's. China, plastic, sit down, buffet, etc.. We have staffed intimate dinners for two as well as parties for hundreds. We provide reliable staff for both off and on premise catering. For larger events, our highly experienced event planners, will help you plan and choose vendors from start to finish. This may include themes, favors, centerpieces, linens, flatware, novelty services and more. The possibilities of hosting a memorable event are endless. Let us do all of the work for you! We provide formal hairstylists and makeup artists who will come to the location of your choice to get you ready for your event. A bridal (or sweet 16) attendant is also available, to stay with you for "touch ups" throughout the duration of your day. Full "Day of Service" director of events can also be provided as well. We are also pleased to announce that Ho**ah Catering is also one of our many services. All Ho**ah’s are serviced by our staff, so that you and your guests can sit back and enjoy the mystique of ho**ah throughout the duration of your party. If you’re hosting any event, (big or small), allow us to help you entertain your guests, while we take care of everything else! (including the messy aftermath)
Services include (but not limited to):
-Full service wait staff and bartenders
-Bartenders will set up bar, refill ice, make mixed drinks, pour wine, beer, and soda.
-Event staff will assist you in establishing a timeline for your event.
-Ho**ah technicians to refill to***co, charcoal and mouthpieces on Ho**ah pipes
-HEAT and pass hors d'oeuvres (2 servers minimum)
-Set up, refill, and break down buffet/stations
-Set up for sit-down dinner
-Serve drinks, pour wine and soda; refill drinks as needed/requested by host
-Serve food from the buffet
-Wash dishes
-Clear tables and guest plates
-Clean counters and keep the kitchen neat
-Wrap up leftovers
-Set up dessert and coffee (including cake-cutting & serving)
-Taking the garbage out
-Keeping the bathroom maintained and tidy
-Formal (on location) Hairstylists and Makeup Artists
-Bridal (Sweet 16) Attendants for Day of Service
-Full "Day of Service" Director of Events.
*We provide bereavement services, and will work directly with your family funeral director, and caterer to ensure proper timing and seamless service to help you through your most difficult time. We will handle all of the preparations, serving and cleanup for all food and beverage for your family and friends, so that you do not have to focus on these details, while you are grieving.*
