Super grateful if you know it’s the little things in life that makes me happy . So yesterday I made seasoning with my scallions from JA, added my pimento peppers from Trini with some sweet peppers, garlic, powder seasoning, some salt and a tip of vinegar to preserve it. Put that in the refrigerator and use as needed!

When my people travel they usually bring me back essence, or seasoning!!! Oh that’s love 💗 to a cook hunny ! It speaks volumes
