A heartfelt thank you to Curious Elixirs for being our incredible dinner partner and elevating the experience with their sophisticated, booze-free cocktails crafted with organic ingredients, adaptogens, and functional plants. Each pairing brought a new layer to the night — thoughtful, vibrant, and unforgettable.

From the Spicy + Stormy Pineapple Margarita paired with our Yayoi Kusama, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Jeff Koons courses, to the Floral Champagne Cocktail alongside Keith Haring and David LaChapelle, and finishing with the Pomegranate Negroni Sbagliato accompanying Andy Warhol and Takashi Murakami — every sip complemented the artistry on the plate.

Thank you, Curious Elixirs, for helping us create a night centered around presence, connection, and sensory storytelling — without compromise 💛

As we reflect on an unforgettable evening of art and flowers, we extend our heartfelt thanks to for being our wine partner for Blossoms & Flowers dinner. 🍾🌸

Each carefully selected pairing brought new dimensions to the menu, creating a dialogue between flavor, artistry, and nature. From the vibrant freshness of the Blanc de Blanc alongside our Welcome Bite inspired by Keith Haring, to the elegant Riesling Reserve Dry accompanying Georgia O’Keeffe’s Foie Gras with Chocolate, every glass enhanced the experience in its own unique way.

The evening continued with Hermann J. Wiemer Chardonnay paired with our Jeff Koons Bread Course, Standing Stone Saperavi Rosé complementing Andy Warhol’s Ravioli Flower with Duck Confit, and concluded beautifully with Hermann J. Wiemer Blaufränkisch alongside Takashi Murakami’s Rhubarb Pavlova.

Rooted in the Finger Lakes and guided by decades of craftsmanship, Hermann J. Wiemer’s wines reflected the same values that inspired our dinner: creativity, patience, beauty, and a deep respect for nature.

Thank you for helping bring our vision into full bloom and for sharing your remarkable wines with our guests. We are grateful for your partnership and honored to have celebrated this special evening together ✨

For one special evening, we’re honored to partner with — a vineyard whose legacy is as rich and layered as the wines themselves 🍾

Guided by our theme Blossoms & Flowers, each course will be paired with thoughtfully selected wines that echo the beauty, symbolism, and delicate flavors found in nature’s blooms. 🌸

Rooted on the western slopes of Seneca Lake, Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard has spent over four decades crafting wines of balance and texture — hand-harvested, shaped by indigenous yeasts, and deeply expressive of their place. From Mosel Valley heritage to pioneering biodynamic practices in the Finger Lakes, their story is one of vision, patience, and respect for the land.

For our art dinner on May 1st, their curated pairings will bring each dish to life — highlighting the quiet complexity of flowers not only as inspiration, but as flavor.

An experience where art, cuisine, and wine come together in full bloom.

NYC, you’re invited 🌸

Two years ago, we quietly began SourCremant — with intimate dinners for six and a small kitchen full of big, sometimes uncertain ideas 🍍 Along the way, there were countless experimental menus, late nights, and moments when we wondered if it would be our last. But like any meaningful journey, we kept moving forward — step by step, holding onto a vision that continues to grow with us.

From those first gatherings, we’ve expanded beyond our home kitchen, hosting dinners in Los Angeles, Austin, and Lisbon — each experience shaping who we are today.

📍 On May 1, we’ll be hosting our 16th Art Dinner and celebrating our 2-year anniversary. This time, we invite you to join us at a hidden gem in NYC — the rooftop at Happier Grocery .

🍾 For this special evening, our friends from the have curated a thoughtful wine pairing to complement each course. The theme, Blossoms & Flowers, reflects both art and cuisine — a tribute to the timeless beauty of flowers, their symbolism, and their often-overlooked role as a source of delicate and surprising flavors.

We hope this evening will capture the feeling of spring in New York — vibrant, warm, and full of color.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way. Your presence, encouragement, and trust have made this journey possible 🫶🏼

Join us in celebrating, or simply send your good wishes as we continue building toward something bigger ♥️

With appreciation,
Chef Konstantin & Veronika

Once upon a time… ✨

For the TEA Salon at Maison Barnes in NYC, we crafted a tablescape that gently defined the mood of the evening — warm, intimate, and quietly poetic.

Set in anticipation of an unforgettable performance by famed pianist Mikhail Voskresensky, every element was placed with care: soft illumination, refined details, and a subtle stillness that filled the room even before the first note began.

We’re thankful to and .nyc for their trust and for inviting our vision into such a beautifully curated space.

For us, every story starts at the table.
