Venue sourcing and site visits started in March 2026 for an October 2027 corporate summit. That timing is important to us.
We do not source venues by waiting for options to land in our inbox. We go on site because the right venue has to support the concept, the guest journey, the service flow, the timing, and the risks most people will not see until it is too late.
For this summit, that meant walking Waldorf Astoria New York in March. The Plaza in April. The Fillmore Miami Beach, Coastal Convention Center, Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, and the Faena Miami in May. And we are not stopping there.
We look at how guests will enter, where trucks will load in, what construction may impact the experience, how service teams operate, and where the program can unfold without forcing the room to do something it cannot do well.
That kind of sourcing protects the client before a contract gets signed.
A venue can look perfect in a presentation and still fail the event. Our job is to know the difference early, ask the questions that come from experience, and make sure the space can carry the story before we ask guests to walk into it.
