Who loves a good proposal?
Our Saturday’s are $950 plus a $200 security Deposit ($1150 total) and our Friday and Sundays are $750 plus the $200 security deposit. ($950 total).
Security Deposits are returned Mondays after events.
You get “only” 6 Hrs (5 hr event time 1hr setup).
Meaning, “no one is allowed before time slots”.
To hold any date you must pay the $200 come into office present and present ID. (NO EXCEPTIONS).
LRH holds 50 guest max (comfortably seated).
Comes with 50 Chiavari chairs and 5 tables. *Either gold or Clear will be available the day of.
There is a heater and AC unit in venue.
***30 minutes “before” end time guest should start packing up (anytime after your end close time comes Deposit is taken if you go over your time.***
