We don’t build teams. We build better humans.

Because the strongest teams aren’t created through another meeting or forced icebreaker. They’re built when people actually connect.

At Unarthodox, we use art, play, creativity, and shared experiences to help people lower their guard, communicate differently, laugh together, and see each other beyond their everyday roles.

Sometimes that means creating one mural together. Sometimes painting, sculpting without sight, improvising, or simply stepping into something completely unfamiliar.

Different experiences. Same purpose: Real Human Connection.

Because better humans build better teams.

What changes when you take sight out of the equation?

For McKinsey, it became an opportunity to slow down, tune into the senses that usually go unnoticed, and experience creativity from a completely different perspective.

Sculpture Without Sight isn’t a workshop or an art class. It’s a guided sensory experience that invites curiosity, vulnerability, and genuine human connection—one sculpture at a time.
