What another crazy week we have going on, thank you all for keeping us going. So where will we be this week? Heres the spots and menu:

Thursday August 13 In-Law Brewing Company 6pm-8pm

Friday August 15 Malone Ford, the 518'ers called and we are heading there. 11am-1pm

Saturday August 15 Waite memorial atv ride south Colton at Robideaus Mahogany Ridge ( slight different menu than posted) open for 3pm

Menu:

Sweet and sour chicken wrap
Rodeo smash burger
Hot ham and cheese ciabatta panini

Sides: cowboy pasta salad or homemade potato chips.

So it's August now, before we know it that white stuff will be flying and making all of us miss this weather. So what do we have planned for this week, well here's the locations and menu.

Thursday August 6 In-Law Brewing Company 6pm-8pm

Friday August 7 & 8 Waddington annual Homecoming weekend both night open for 6pm till ??

Menu:

Burgertruck smashburger

Crispy shrimp taco

BBQ grilled chicken sandwich

Redneck nachos( friday and Saturday only)

Sides : homemade potato chips or deviled egg pasta salad

Wow folks, you definitely kept us rolling in July, and August is looking about the same. We thank you all for the continued support.
So for this week just 2 days of service as I need a weekend to relax 😂 and do some maintenance and upgrades to the trailer. So where are we? Here they are.

Saturday closed private catering.

We will also have a couple of new and different item that we are working on available each day.

Another crazy week for us again, but only 1 day open for the public. That's right we will see everyone on Thursday.

Not sure where to begin with this post but here goes.

8 years my father Bruce Ellis and I made an early morning trip to Syracuse to meet a driver out of Georgia for 5:30 am, and at that time I took delivery of what I call the big orange bus, or as you know now Gideon's Galley food trailer. In that time we have met so many people and gained a hole bunch of new friends, and built a crazy busy business.
We want to thank everyone over the past 8 years of their continued support with many more to come 🤞, we definitely can not do this with out you! Joann Ellis
