We are excited to announce, for the first time, Classic Kids is bringing our signature portrait studio sessions from the Upper East Side to Brooklyn for a very limited pop-up engagement.
The shoots will take place in a gorgeous, sunlit, studio loft space in Brooklyn’s historic Dumbo neighborhood on April 25.

Our sessions are different. No stiff posing. No forced smiles.
We watch for the spark of mischief, the thoughtful gaze, the unguarded laugh — the fleeting expressions that make your child unmistakably them.

Brooklyn sessions are extremely limited and expected to book quickly.

Fun fact: The "smiling to the camera photo" is rarely our favorite. When your kiddos walk into our studio we try to notice as much as we can. Are they shy? Are they carrying a favorite book? Are they coming from soccer practice? Is there a sticker from their favorite movie on their schoolbag? What can we ask about to make them feel more at home. All the moments before we take the first shot matter so much. And all the moments in between those perfect, practiced smiles matter too! We love to see their curious side, their silly side and even the introspective side. Documenting the way they act when the camera isn't on them is the goal. And how beautiful it is when we catch a glimpse.
