Every morning around 9:30 at my job we meet to discuss things going on in the business. Today was a little different.. today's conversation was about an iconic figure who impacted the lives of millions all over the world, Kobe Bryant. Not for one second did we talk about how he died but instead discussed how he lived and the way he went about living. Kobe did it his way Kobe did it the right way . His passion and mamba mentality pushed him further then he or many of us could imagine. From winning multiple Championships, being a academy award winning director and building his own sports academy for aspiring players both male and female there was nothing that he felt he couldn't accomplish.

When you remember Kobe whether you're sitting at home watching the NBA, driving in your car, reading the paper, how ever the thought of #24 pops up in your mind think about yourself and think about the things you want to accomplish and try to find inspiration behind this.

Yes Sunday was a tragic day and yes many of us will mourn the lost of a legend and great human but how can we turn tragedy into triumph in this and most importantly our own lives. We all have lost something or someone near and dear to us. Do we have it in us to strike back At life in an effective and postive way at any moment the same way life strikes us with losses or even wins when we least expect it. Ask yourself that and reflect. Live, Laugh, and Love. The only L's we as a community should be taking.
