I just wanted to send a note your way – although I will recognize him myself I just thought you should know – I had a customer come up to me to speak high remarks about Shawn. To be honest- and as you probably well know, we often hear more about what fails to go right or is not satisfactory than we do of the positive compliments. Therefore, that is why it really was such a pleasure to receive this compliment. Shawn has been a truly hard worker and very polite and helpful. I thought you would enjoy hearing the compliments the customer expressed – she stated he assisted her walking to her car and carrying her bag due to a sprained arm after he recognized she was struggling. Thank you to him and thank you to you for allowing us his help this week and next.
