✨Sterling Affair was proud to support the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts Annual Gala, an elegant celebration of artistry, innovation, and community. Guests gathered to honor the Center's New Works Initiative and it's inaugural Artist-in-Residence, Adam Pascal, the Tony-nominated actor and director best known for originating the role of Roger in Broadway's "Rent."

🎤 The evening featured a captivating
performance by Josh Groban, the Tony, Emmy, and five-time Grammy Award-nominated artist, whose extraordinary talent and warmth created an unforgettable experience.

🍴 Guests enjoyed a meticulously curated menu by Sterling Affair, featuring signature Autumn 2025 dishes such as our Espresso & Black Pepper Crusted Filet of Beef and our decadent Golden Pumpkin, a spice-scented pumpkin mousse atop maple cake, finished with a mirror glaze and edible gold accents. On a recent weekend, Sterling Affair brought a celebratory, elevated touch to a 40th Anniversary and an annual family gathering for cherished clients at a private lakefront home in Pennsylvania.

It was an absolute joy to craft a menu inspired by their lakeside setting, with fresh-from-the-garden flavors and florals, boozy popsicles, and late-night bites by the water. 🌿🌙
