Founded in 1983, Broadway Housing provides nearly 300 units of supportive housing in the Washington Heights and West Harlem communities.

Broadway Housing Communities is a New York City-based non-profit housing developer committed to providing innovative permanent housing for individuals and families in the greatest need. Our supportive housing model combines permanent low-income housing with services designed to meet the needs of our residents and enable them to live independently. g model is the integration of community-based arts and culture into the myriad of support services we provide, including medical and mental health care, vocational training and job placement, substance abuse treatment, benefits counseling and training and assistance with independent living skills.
