This location is now closed. An egg-centric sandwich shop offering a modern spin on the classic New York City breakfast sandwich. Reflecting a nerdy, almost fanatical approach to the ideal egg sandwich, the signature dish is made with freshly- baked potato bread, and eggs and cheese from upstate New York farms.
