We’re best known for our tiny bite sized Sambuxas of which you can eat about 10 each no regrets 😂, but upon request you can also enjoy the regular sized Sambuxas that are just as delicious. 😋

Wrapping up official Sambuxa month with Miss Jolie learning to make Sambuxas. She did exceptionally well and learned so fast. ✨Yes chef! Thank you for shedding light on Sudan. 🩷

Honored to be an apart of ’s collective of very talented chefs from around the world, sharing their traditional recipes with guests.

The ambiance at is unmatched, you never know who you’ll meet. From the barista Milo and head chef Lebjulet who have many other hidden talents, to the guests, your creativity is fueled immensely in this environment. Make sure to stop by at the cafe and signup to the various events at the Atelier.

It has been an incredible journey and blessings full of learning, growth but most of a journey of absolute fulfillment. A special Merci to my family, friends and the countless people at the outdoor markets. 🥰✨

I would do it all over again just for the unwritten rewards behind the scenes. This year it was important for us to give back to Sudan and hope to do more in future. We hope you join us for chapter 7.❤️✨

Cooking Classes are always lots of fun! It’s a beautiful interaction and an exchange in knowledge and culture. I was surprised at how knowledgeable some attendees were on Rigla and Sudan in general.

In this class we made Rigla, a popular Sudanese lentil and purslane stew served with Sudanese style fried sea bass. 🤌🏾😋🍲
