Working in close partnership with our clients, we develop custom-designed menus using only the freshest ingredients from New York City's finest butchers, farmers' markets, and specialty shops. We shared this earlier, but wanted to dig deeper into this sweet little profile of Red Table Catering (link below). It's poignant revisiting where we were a few months ago:

“This year was shaping up to be epic,” (Red Table's Brooke Costello) says. “We had record-breaking bookings and everyone was feeling great, not just at Red Table, but industry-wide. Then the pandemic hit and everything changed.”

More than anything, we're grateful to still be cooking for wonderful people like the essential workers and healthcare professionals we feed with our daytime meal deliveries. This time has been humbling, but there's no denying how it's brought us together, and reminded us how much we depend upon our neighbors. We're proud to be yours.
