👋 Join me in welcoming three incredible dancers to the DanceWorks New York City leadership team! 🎉

Starting this week, Arianna Marrero, Shannon Luchs, and Symone Harris are stepping into leadership roles supporting our programs, dancers, and community.

Arianna Marrero, Marketing Assistant: Bringing fresh energy to our social media, print, and digital marketing design. Arianna is a Frank Sinatra School of the Arts alumna and has danced in a music video with Bad Bunny 🐰

Shannon Luchs, Assistant Director: Your go-to for all things choreographer-related. Shannon will support choreographer deliverables and help run tech rehearsals and future auditions. You might also recognize Shannon as last season’s program cover model 📸

Symone Harris, Managing Director:
Leading creative direction and marketing strategy, while keeping our season calendar, auditions, and events running smoothly. Outside of her full time job in Marketing at a travel company, Symone is also a self-taught baker and the founder of her own baking venture 🧁

All three will work closely with Executive Director Betsy Moran and with our choreographers and dancers at auditions, rehearsals, and performances to embody the DanceWorks Core Values and our number one focus: our amazing community!
