Happy birthday to the world's most talented and kind Genius Jeff McBride !!🙏💚💜
If you have ever wondered how I am so talented, it's because of this magical Shaman, Jeff McBride and his lovely wife Abigail.
(If you want to know why I chose a Tina Turner song for this post, it's because Tina had great taste in Magic.)
If Jeff McBride tells you not to do something, don't do it! Ok? I've learned that the hard way!!!
Jeff's biggest philosophy that he taught me is from fellow Comedy Magician Steve Martin. "Be so good that they can't ignore you."
This is hard advice at times when you work so hard at your craft and you still aren't getting anywhere.
Yeah, it's because you still suck, Lol 😂. Accept it and work harder to get better.
Jeff gives me great books to read. He has the most Magical library I have ever seen and I'm honored to have some of my art work there.
One book that Jeff gave me 5 years ago had a quote about facing your fear.
Jeff made me realize that in order to face your fear that you first have to stop lying to yourself.
Please remember that everyone!!
Every tiny bit of success I have had in the past 5 years is because I faced my fear. A few weeks after you face your fear that's when the Magic happens!
Thank you for allowing me to be your mentee Jeff. I LOVE working with you!
Thank you for never giving up on me, even when you had the option to. You taught me how to be Magic, but more importantly you have taught me is Grace.
My favorite Coach, Coach Stone from Blair taught me that the definition of Excellence is when you "Prove yourself every day" and you "Lead by Example".
That's the best compliment you can give someone, because actions are far more powerful than words. And that's exactly what I think of when I think of Jeff and Abigail McBride! 🙏
They could have easily kept the gifts they were given, but everyday they naturally and effortlessly share their gifts with the world without hesitation.
Because they understand that when someone gives you a gift your cherish and appreciate that gift and then you take your gift and pass it on to someone else. They are the most wealthy Shamans in the Gift Economy. 💚💜🍫 🙏
